ArtA-culo 1o. â€" Municipality-zanse the thermal waters of the Chaqui Cantón, Capital of the Second Seccional Province Cornelio Saavedra of the Department of PotosA.

ArtA-culo 2o†" The economic benefits that the municipality has to produce, as referred to in the previous article, will be invested by the Mayor-to Municipal de Chaqui, in the construction of a Spa in the Villa, under the control of the same Mayors.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
