For the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-article 1o.†" Of the percentage destined for the capital of the Department of Beni, originating from the tax on the export of rubber, according to Article 2 of the Law of 3 of November 1944, the following items of funds are allocated deposited with the Agency of the Central Bank of Trinidad:

a) For repairs to the Consistorial Palace Bs. 400,000. †"

b) For the purposes of the public market" 200.000. †"

c) For repair of the municipal slaughterhouse" 105.304.54

ArtA-cull 2o. †" The works to which the indicated resources are destined, will start in 1948, once the time has passed through the rainy season.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
