For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo lo.†" Twenty-five percent (25%) of the taxes to which you referred to in Article 2 (d) (d). of the law of 17 April 1941, whose distribution was made by law of 16 December 1942, is intended in its entirety, from the first of January 1948, to the works of sewerage and pavements of the capital of Chulumani.
ArtA-culo 2o†"These resources will be deposited quarterly by the" Customs of the Coca "in the current account of the Central Bank of Bolivia opened in the name of the Mayor of Chulumani.
ArtA-culo 3o.â€" To withdraw The funds from the current account shall be required of the two authorised signatures of the Mayor Municipal de Chulumani and the President-in-Office of the Provincial Committee of Public Works, based in the capital of Sud Yungas.
ArtA-culo 4o. †" The laws, decrees and other provisions contrary to the law are repealed.
Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
