PRESIDENT CONSTITUTIONAL OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo lo.â€" Destânase the arms of the Road transport of the districts mentioned in the Department of the Beni, by the years 1948 and 1949, for the following road works;

a) The city of Riberalta, to the improvement and conservation of the road from Riberalta to the RA-or Yata.

b) La de GuayaramerA-n, to the arrangement and conservation of the road The road from this town to the RA-or Yata.

c) The one of the localities of Cachuela Esperanza and Villa Bella, to the opening and conservation of a road that one of these two towns.

d) The village of Reyes, to the opening and conservation of a road road that an east town with Puerto Salinas,

e) La de San Joaqua-n and Puerto Siles, to the construction of a road that links them.

ArtA-ass 2o.†"The National Budget of 1948, will allocate the sum of 1,000,000,â€" of Bs. to the construction of these roads, to 200,000.†" for each one, of the funds that you have annually available for these purposes.

ArtA-ass 3o.†" Once you conclude-two of these paths, and destined for your permanent conservation, the following taxes will be charged:

a) Travel to and from car or truck, through the roads of GuayaramerÃ-n to Cachuela Esperanza or viceverza, from Cachuela Esperanza to Villa Bella or viceverza, from Reyes to Puerto Salinas or viceverza, and from San Joaqua-n to Puerto Siles or viceverza, Bs. 20.†"

b) Travel to and from car or truck on the way from Riberalta to GuayaramerA-n or viceverza Bs. 40.â€"

c) For only the journey of one way through these roads, the tax will be charged without reduction.

4o.†" These funds will be deposited with the Central Bank, with the legend of the respective road that has produced; those on the way from Reyes to Puerto Salinas, in the Bank of La Paz; those in the province of Vaca Diez, in the Riberalta Agency, and those on the road Puerto Silesa†"San JoaquA-n, in the Agency of Trinidad.

ArtA-culo 5o â€"

a) These deposits will be made to the order of the respective Public Works of Kings, Riberalta and San Joaqua-n.

b) These resources may not be used, but when, integrated with the members of the Public Works with all the members established by the Law of the Boards of Alcoins, at least two thirds of them declare by means of To be of necessity and urgency the use of such funds in arrangements or better of the respective roads.
