For how much: the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" For the initial execution of the level path that will be used as a fundamental basis For the road that must unite the provincial capitals of San Buenaventura and Apollo, passing through the Summit of "Cumu Caspi", the following resources are destined:
Bs. 700,000.†" of the Bs. 1.017.658.16 that are deposited in the Departmental Treasury of La Paz, Item 149, coming from the economic management 1946-1947 corresponding to the Province Iturralde.
Bs. 740,740.70 from the funds created by Law of 20 May, Article 3o. 3o., which correspond to the aforementioned Province.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" In order not to disengage the populations of Tumupasa and Ixamas, they will be linked to them, from a point located at the heights of the RA-or YarihuapAº, in the
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The funds of the Iturralde Province, in the construction of the road, will be used only from the provincial capital to the required point of Cumu Caspi, as in the construction of the branch that will unite the populations of Tumupasa and Ixiamas and Ixiamas Port Heat.
ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The balance of Bs. 317.658.16 of Item 1949 deposited with the Departmental Treasury of La Paz, will be invested in the following form.
Bs. 100,000,â € " for the construction of the Corregimiento and School in the cantonal Tumupasa.
Bs. 100,000.†" for the same purposes in the canton of San José de Uchupiamonas.
Bs. 117.658.16 for the works of installation of light and drinking water in the capital of the Province.
ArtA-culo 5A ° †" Crévase en San Buenaventura, a Board of Directors of the works referred to in this law, constituted by the subprefect, by the Municipal Mayor, by a Delegate of the Comptroller-General and five members of the neighborhood of proven honesty.
ArtA-ass 6A ° †" These funds will be invested with the audit of the representative of the Province.
