DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass nico.†" The funds corresponding to the Province of Chapare of the Department of Cochabamba, pursuant to the third subparagraph of Article 3A of the Law of 20 May 1947, which is extended to the tax credit, are destined for the following works:

The sum of Bs. 400,000.†" at the conclusion of the School in current construction, in the Capital of the Province.

The sum of Bs. 200,000.†" for the acquisition of a transformer and installation of electrical power in the village of Colomi, 2a. Section of the Province of Chapare.

The sum of Bs. 1943.650.50, to the acquisition or construction of a local where it can inaugurate its tasks the Municipal Board that for constitutional reforms the last one elevates to the Port of All Saints or 3a. Section of the Province of Chapare.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
