As to: the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" From the funds created by the third paragraph of Article 3A of the Law of 20 May of the present year, the sum of four hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs) is allocated. 400,000.†") , for works of urgent urgency in the Province O ' Connor of the Department of Tarija, according to the detail that follows:

For the conclusion of the temple of Entre RA-os, destroy-do by the occupation of military arsenals in the Campaà ± a del Chaco, the sum of Bs. 300,000.†".

For the reconstruction of the temples of the cantons of La Cueva and Ipaguazo, of the same Province, the sum of Bs. 25,000.â€" for each one.

For the provision of drinking water through the construction of a well and acquisition of a pump or an engine, for the population of White Palos, the sum of Bs. 50,000,†".

ArtA-arse 2A ° â€" The Provincial Committee of Public Works will be in charge of the execution of the works indicated, after calling for proposals, with the intervention of the ContralorA-to Departmental of Tarija.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Executive Branch, in use of the powers conferred on it by the aforementioned Law of 20 May, will finance the resources indicated in this Law, and must put them at the disposal of the Comité in charge, in particular in the Central Bank (Tarija Agency).

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
