For how much: the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The assets of the retirees in the Communications branch (b) adjusted from October 1947 onwards, with a return to the salaries of the active service, according to the following scale:
Retired with 15 years of service to 17 inclusive, 50%
" more than 17 years up to 19 inclusive, 60%
"" " 19 "" 21 inclusive, 70%
"" " 21 "" 23 inclusive, 80%
"" "" 23 "" 25 inclusive, 90%
"" " 25 ' 100%
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The agreed readjustment has a permanent cter, that is to say, it will govern both in the cases of increase in remuneration to the active staff, and when such remuneration is diminished.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" As of the promulgation of this Law, the salary that will serve as the basis for subsequent retirements will be the average of the fees received during the last three years.
ArtA-arse 4A ° †" Active service officials will contribute 7% of their assets and retirees with 7% for the respective Box.
ArtA-culo 5A ° â€" The sub-maturity of a thousand and five thousand Bolivians that the State agreed in the present year in favor of the Pension Fund, Retirements and MontepA-s of Communications, will be elevated and fixed annually, starting from the management of 1948, in the General Budget of the Nacón, to two million Bolivians (Bs. 2,000,000,†").
ArtA-ass 7A ° †" To increase the funds of the Caja you are assigned the following contributions:
Recharge with Bs. 0.25 per kilo to all internal postal service and Bs. 0.50 per kilo to postal services Enter the paA-s.
2% of the gross collections of the postal service.
