THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" State law is declared the Supreme Decree No 512 of 12 June 1946, which refits Chuquisaca's departmental taxes.

ArtA-arse 2A ° †" clarifies that the tax on the manufacture of hats referred to in Article 1A (A) of the Supreme Decree is also applied to the article sold under the name of form, bell or other, which corresponds to hats in the process of working.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
