THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" In compliance with the laws of 18 September 1941, 1A ° December 1945, and article 8A of the 20 May 1947, the Central Bank of Bolivia will grant the Executive branch an undertaking for sanitation works in the city of Santa Cruz, for the amount of Bs. 10,000.000†", within the tax credit limit set by the last of the laws cited with the interest of four percent, Initial cumulative depreciation of six percent and the commission of a quarter per thousand annually.
The service of undertaking will be guaranteed with the general resources of the Núnza, being the executive branch obliged to record in the Budget of the maximum management in the corresponding Item of State Obligations the amount necessary to cover the service of amortisation and corresponding interest.
ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The Executive Branch, will reimburse the Central Bank of Bolivia by promulgating this Law, the Bs. 3.600,000, which it received as an advance, from In accordance with the Supreme Resolution of 8 October 1947.
