DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The property of the city of Sucre affected by the SA-smic movement of March 27, last, of the payment of national, departmental, municipal and university taxes, for the time of five years from the year onwards. During the time of this release of taxes, the owners of houses, will not be able to increase rents to their tenants.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" To compensate for the funds that will cease to be collected for this release, the Comité Of Aid and Reconstruction, to be reintegrated into the National, Departmental, Municipal and University Treasures, the amounts that they will be deprived of perceiving each year.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" Taxes that would have already been paid before March 27 of this year, are consolidated in favor of the indicated Treasures.

Article 4A ° â€" The Executive Branch shall regulate this law.
