BECAUSE: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" AutorA-zase to the Religious Order of the Sacred Hearts, for The House-Fifth that owns in the Village of Workers.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" Likewise, the Religious Order of the" Pasionists "is authorized to acquire one or more lots of the building belonging to the Sacred Hearts, or of those who have the right to do so.

ArtA-ass 3A ° â€" Both religious institutions will be able to put in place and make as many transactions as they deem necessary to bring into effect the present authorization, mortgaging their assets
