For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" While the" San José " Mining Company perceives utilities, the Mining Bank of Bolivia, in order to increase the funds for the installation of a cement factory to which the Law of 16 October 1945 refers, will allocate half of the reduction of the additional tax on exports of the minerals of "San José", authorizing the Minero Bank to finance the necessary resources for the realization of the works.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The profits of the Mining Company of" San José " and the balance of the reduction of the Additional tax, will be invested A-in-law in the promotion of the production of mining "San José", in the works of the Cuprá-feros de Carangas fields and in the installation of related industries in the Department of Oruro.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Mining Companies of" San José "and" Carangas ", as all those The Bank of Minero will continue to take charge of the Minero Bank, under the direct administration of this entity and the utilities incorporated in its economic approach.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The scope of the Law of 16 October 1945 is amplified, provided that the resources created by that law and those determined by the article 1A ° of the present, will be invested in the installation of a factory of Cement and other related industries such as Carbureau, Calcio, explosives, ceramic, carbon sulphide, etc.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The Mining Bank of Bolivia is entrusted with the conduct of the studies and the installation of the Cement plant, for which the National Treasury will immediately deliver to the Minero Bank all sums raised to date as an emergency of the Law of October 16, 1945, and those collected in the future.

ArtA-culo 6A ° †" The Mining Bank of Bolivia, will pay into a special account, both the resources transferred by the National Treasury referred to in the preceding article as provided for in Article 1A for the installation of the Cement plant and the other specified in the Article 4A.

ArtA-arse 7A ° †" The Executive Branch, according to the utilities and prior to the corresponding study, will set a percentage that will be destined to improve the living conditions and increase of wages of the workers occupied in the exploitation of the mines of "San José".

ArtA-culo 8A ° †" All provisions contrary to this law are repealed.
