By How much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" For the execution of the Public Works in the Pantaleón Dalence Province of the Department of Oruro, The following tax is set:

A Bolivian (Bs. 1.†") for each staA shantytown and other mineral-exploited minerals in the province.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The total product of the collection of this tax will be allocated to the construction of the following works:

Defensive on the RA-or Huanuni-Sorasora;

Captation of drinking water for Huanuni and Machacamarca.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The above tax will be collected by tax offices and deposited in special account at the Central Bank of Bolivia, to the order of the Committee of Public Works of Huanuni.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The execution and control of the public works for the purposes of this law, is carried out by the Comité de Obras PAºblicas de Huanuni, under the immediate supersurveillance of the Prefecture of the Department and of the ControlA-to Departmental de Oruro.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
