" Five scholarships for the continuation of Professional studies, in favor of high school graduates of the "Manuel Mara-a Caballero" College of the city of Vallegrande. The aforementioned scholarships will be paid by the Ministry of Education to be attributed to its budget at the time of nine hundred Bolivians (Bs. 900.†") Each month, during the time of the studies ".

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
