ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The Mayor's Office is authorized to Municipal de Alrent, To contract an undertaking up to the amount of two million Bolivians (Bs. 2,000,000,†") in the Central Bank of Bolivia, within the limit of credit that is assigned to the State, or other institution of credit of the country, in its entirety or by items, for the collection and attention of the water service of Aïquile, capital of Province Campero of the Department of Cochabamba, with the interals and amortisation currents in square.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" For the depreciation and interest of this undertaking, it is intended:

The total return of the tax to the Bill recognized by Law of November 17, 1947;

Tax of Bs. 0.40 A litre of spirit produced in the province Campero, which is determined in the article 4A ° of the Law of 18 April 1941;

The balance that the cancellation of the undertaking for the public lighting of Aiquile, according to Law of 18 of April, 1941.
