For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" Fifty percent of the taxes imposed by public authorities in the Oruro Department are as follows:

Additional departmental tax on public services;

National tax charged by the Internal Revenue Income;

Municipal Taxes.

ArtA-culo 2A ° †" Taxes on the performance of the Pro Estadio Oruro, and one percent (1%) established with the national character and by Law of 1A ° February 1945, with destination to ropero and school breakfast, are maintained in their integrity.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" To avoid any disruption of the budget, due to having been considered the taxes previously in force, in the elaboration of departmental, municipal and university financial laws, this law shall be in force as from 1 January 1949.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The prices of the expectations will be reduced in the proportion of the tax rebate referred to in the previous articles, and the Municipality must establish control in that reduction.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The contrary provisions are repealed.
