THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The resources created by Supreme Decree of 20 October 1937 for the service of the "Emprósticto Works PAºblas PotosA-1938", which for successive enlargements reached the sum of TWENTY-FOUR MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. 24.000,000,†") , an undertaking which has been paid in 24 February of this year, will continue to collect by empire of this law, in the same way as that established by the article 80 of the indicated Decree and deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia †" Agency Pot-a†"in special account that will be opened to the effect.
ArtA-arse 2A ° â€" Such resources will be invested in the form that follows:
The sum of SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN THOUSAND BOLIVIANS (Bs. 6.257.000.â€) for the different services of the Departmental Budget of PotosA-, in quality of annual ordinary resource.
The balance in the proportion of 55% for the service of the undertaking authorized by law of 20 November 1945, for the collection The remaining 45% will be distributed equally, for public works, among all the provinces of the Department, and the Treasury will be required to reimburse the respective provincial subcomibles for their monthly payment.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The decrees of October 20, 1937, concerning the" Emprêtstito Works PAºblas PotosA -- 1938 " are without effect in all that is in contradiction with this law and the marked with numbers 646 of 5 December 1946 and 1285 of 29 July of the year in progress. Similarly, point (b) of Article 4A of the Law of 20 November 1945.
