For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase a la AlcaldA-a Municipal de Santa Ana del Yacuma, to contract a loan from the Central Bank of Bolivia or another bank entity, for the sum of Two hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. EUR 200,000.â€) , destined for the creation of a House of Disasters in that locality.

Article 2A ° †" The aforementioned sum will be guaranteed with the funds of the Municipal Treasury of Santa Ana and will be amortized with ten percent (10%) per year.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" For the purposes of that depreciation, the amount of Twenty thousand Bolivians (Bs) will be entered annually in the Municipal Economic Budget. 20.000.â€).

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" The maximum interest rate of six percent (6%) per year, payable with funds from small profits in the sale of first-need food items that will not be able to pass from five percent (5%).
