For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" It is declared of necessity and public utility The expropriation of the land belonging to the firm SuA ¡ rez Hermanos, Society of Limited Liability, on which the population of Las Piedras, capital of the Province Mother of God, Department Pando, is built, in an extension of three kilometers to the round, from the center of the town and that will be formed the urban radius of that population, according to the Law of 3 December 1945, which fixes the urban radii of the provincial capitals of that Department.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The Executive Branch is authorized to proceed, by the Prefecture of Cobija, to the legal mitts of the merituada expropriation. To this effect, it will be taken as a basis for the value of the tax, which, for the purposes of payment of inheritance taxes to the succession of the Successors, has been agreed by the State through the Avaluer Commission highlighted to the effect.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" The expenses that demand this expropriation will be covered with the 40% corresponding to the Pando Department, by way of succession rights of the gift of gift NicolA ¡ s SuA ¡ rez, agreed by Law of 25 of November 1940.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The resulting drawings and demarcations will be raised by the Office of the Public Works of Cobija.

ArtA-culo 5A ° â€" The leos will be made free of charge by the Municipality of Las Piedras between the inhabitants of the locality and those who establish themselves. This will be carried out within the terms of the Regulatory Decree and without the said Mayor being able to charge any rent or to oppose the exploitation of trees and the soil, by established settlers and from those who set within the term to be fixed.
