DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" For the construction and installation of a hydroelectric power plant and completion of the water-drinking water service in Entre RA-os, capital of the province O ' Connor of the Department of Tarija, the mayor is authorized to the province, to place an undertaking in the Central Bank of Bolivia or any other another institution of credit, of a million Bolivians (Bs. 1,000,000,†")

With twenty-five percent (25%) of the funds in the special account called "Funds Pro-Construction of Hydropower Plants" created for the Tarija Department by law of 2 January 1945.

ArtA-Aculo 3A ° †" In case of the granting of the undertaking by the Central Bank of Bolivia, it will be effective within the margin to allow the loans granted to the State at December 31, 1949 and the funds will be centralized or (b) resources entered in points (a) and (b) of Article 2A ° in a special account in the same Bank, from the promulgation of this law, to the order of the Provincial Committee of Public Works, which may call for proposals for implementation of these works or execute them by administration according to the technical instructions of the Departmental Direction of Water and Electricity.
