For how much: the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The Executive Branch is authorized to hire at the Central Bank of Bolivia, or any of the credit institutions of the paA-s, a loan to the sum of one thousand eight hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. 1,800,000.†") with the intering and amortisation that rijan in said Bank or institutions, destined for the execution in the city of Mizque, capital of the province of the same name, of the Department of Cochabamba, of the following public works:

Construction of a hydro-electrical plant Bs. 1.200.000.†"

Municipal House Reconstruction" 400,000.†"

Construction of the Municipal Shelter in Sauces" 200.000.†"

ArtA-ass 2A ° â€" The service of interest and amortisation of the aforementioned undertaking will be attended, until its cancellation, with the total return of the tax to the chicha and the yield also total of the tax to the the cadastral value of the properties of the first section of Mizque and its cantons, recognized by law of 17 November 1947 and by Supreme Decree No 315, of 30 April 1945, respectively.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" Yes (i) the works to be carried out in the first article shall be a minimum of Fifty thousand Bolivians (Bs. 50,000,†") (a) to be invested in the implementation of public works in Tin-Tin; but if that balance exceeds 100% (100%) of the indicated sum, it shall be invested in the proportion of sixty per cent and forty per cent in the cantons Tin-Tin and Molinero, respectively.
