THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1A ° †" The" Consolidated Works of Sanitary Works of Tarija 1945 ", expanded by ten million Bolivians by law of 5 May 1947, will be consolidated in a single operation on the basis of the balances that are settled at 31 December 1948, with the name of: "Consolidated Tarija of 1949".
ArtA-culo 2A ° †" The Executive Branch is authorized to expand the" Consolidated Works of Sanitary Works of Tarija 1949 ", referred to in the previous article, in eighteen million Bolivians, on the sum of the balances of the earlier periods of December 31, 1948, with the maximum of four percent and cumulative amortisation of the six percent annual maximum, with the following destination: construction of a hydroelectric plant in the RA-or Only for power supply to the city of Tarija.
The placement of these eighteen million Bolivians will be gradually and tailored to the needs of the work.
