THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" It is recognized in favor of the Toco Cantonese, of the Province of Jordan, in the Department of Cochabamba, its right of proportional participation in the tax on the chicha, raised in the said canton and its free availability in the execution of different public works.
ArtA-culo 2A ° †" The Committee of the Public Works of Toco is empowered to withdraw semestrally from the Treasury Departmental of Cochabamba, the sums collected and to use them, through approved budgets, in the works that it deems appropriate.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
