Obligations of the Treasury " of the Departmental Budget of the PotosA-of 1948 that reaches the sum of Bolivians one hundred and thirty-one thousand four with seventy-six cents (Bs. 131.134.76), will be invested in the conclusion of the road Tupiza to San Pablo, Capital of the Province Sud LA-fish and to the conclusion of the line of the telegram from Saint Paul to Esmoraca.
