For: Congress National has sanctioned the following Act:

DECCRETA
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The tax on the Kilage of the PotosA Railway -- Sucre, created by laws of 17 November 1915 and 18 August 1923, will be destined for the installation of the hydroelectric power plant, in the place of Rufo, whose water-giving has been awarded to the Municipality of Sucre, by Law of 29 September 1945. Such installation will understand the use, transmission line, transformers and other accessories.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The Municipality of Sucre is authorized to contract one or more staggered undertaking up to the sum of Twenty Millions of Bolivians (Bs. 20,000,000,†") , in order to carry out the construction of the said plant.
Such loans may be made in banks or institutions of credit, authorized in addition to the Comité de Reconstrucción de Sucre to carry out the necessary
case the time is effective at the Central Bank, it should be included within the tax credit margin authorized by Law of May 20, 1947.
