As soon as the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" From ten head of cattle forward to be exported from Santa Ana, capital of the province of Yacuma, to any part of the interior or exterior of the paA-s, gravy to a Bolivian (Bs. 1.†") In the case of the "Yacuma" and "26 de Julio" schools, under the supervision of the Provincial Schools Visitor, the product of such cows should be used for the School Breakfast.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" This tax, for three years, will be made out of the economic management of 1949.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Mayor-to Municipal de Santa Ana (Yacuma) will be charged with collecting this tax, which will be deposited monthly in the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia, of the city of Trinidad in a special account "School Breakfast of the Yacuma Province".
Communal-be to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
