For how much, the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" The Ministry of Public Works is authorised, for the A loan of 10 million bolivianos (Bs). € 10,000,000,€ ') in the Central Bank of Bolivia or any institution of credit, destined for the continuation of the road works in the Province Inquisivi of the Department of La Paz, in the sectors comprised between Charapaxi-Suri-Chajuata and following, until splice with the road of Sud Yungas at the point called "La Plazuela".

ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The Ministry of Public Works, will place the authorized undertaking, at one time, or for items according to the needs of the works to be carried out, to the best interest rates and amount depreciable that is possible to obtain and within the deadlines that arrive or to be agreed.

ArtA-arse 3A ° †" For the service of interest and redemptions, the following resources are destined:

The seven percent (7%) of the income that has the (viality of the Province of Inquisvi, as a consequence of point (g) of Article 12 of the Law of April 17, 1941.

The mineral tax referred to in Articles 5a and 9A of the Law of 3 November 1938, which is in force for not having abrogated it on 17 April 1941.

ArtA-culo 4A ° †" The Customs of the Coca, will carry out the collection of the taxes referred to in the previous article, depositing the amount of them in the Central Bank of Bolivia, in the account" Viality Pro-lnquisivi " to the effects of this law.
