Because the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" Since the promulgation of this law, three annual scholarships for each of the the provincial capitals of the Department of Beni, which do not have secondary schools, in favor of mentally disadvantaged students, who graduate from the respective primary schools, to pursue studies in the secondary schools of Trinidad.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" paid by the Ministry of Education, at the time of five hundred Bolivians (Bs. 500,†") During the entire time of study, for what the Portfolio will fix annually the respective item in its budget.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The qualification of methods of the applicants, will be made by a provincial court composed by the Inspector of Education of the Province, the directors of the schools of each provincial capital, the sub-prefect and the mayor of the respective locality.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
