For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The balance in the Agency of the Central Bank of Cobija, in the account called" Pro Luz Eléctrica ", up to the sum of One Million five hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. 1.500,000.†') , it will be used by the Comité de Pásós Pádias blicas de Pando, in the expansion of the service of drinking water and their respective improvements, as in the construction of the sewerage of that capital.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" Similarly, the Balance corresponding to the "Plant Hydroelectric Plant in the Arroyo Virtues", and deposited in the same Agency of the Central Bank of Cobija, will be used by the Comité of Public Works, up to the sum of five hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. 500,000.†') , in the reconstruction of Villa Busch, and within the plan already approved for such an object. Once the reimbursement of these funds is made by the State, according to the Law of 8 September 1947, this amount will reinforce the continuation of the work of the works by the ArtA-ass first of the present
