Because the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1†" Crate in the Province O ' Connor of the Department of Tarija, a Fomento office Agricultural sector to provide to the farmers and ranchers, machinery, implements and materials necessary for the best development of their rural jobs.
ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The Ministry of Agriculture, will provide this office of a complete team for agricultural workers, machinery, tools, insecticides, serums, vaccines and in general the materials suitable for agricultural and livestock development. The entire equipment is intended exclusively for the work of the small farmers ' properties, which should pay the costs only. The sale of machinery, tools, seeds, etc., in charge of the Office of Agricultural Promotion, will be made at cost prices and with payment facilities.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" For the creation and support of this office, it is created and allocates the following taxes and resources:
0.20 cents per square foot of sawwood or in chunks that is extracted from the same Province;
Bs. 5.†" for each bovine and wild leather, raw or tanned that is extracted from the same Province;
Bs. 5.a € " per quintal tobacco ± ol that is extracted from the Province;
Bs. 5.†" for each quintal of ajA-that is extracted from the Province;
Bs. 2.†" for each quintal of maA-z that is equally extracted or exported;
One hundred thousand Bolivians of general agricultural promotion funds-tail, amount to be fixed annually and from the present year in the budget, as a subsidy
ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The taxes set out in the previous article will be collected by the Department of Tarija's Internal Revenue Administration, which will deposit them in the Central Bank in special account to the order of the Ministry of Agriculture.
