For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The benefits agreed to in the article 1A ° of the Law of 16 September 1948, for the retired of Communications, must be practiced according to the scale of the Decree Law of March 10, 1938, and shall be granted from the promulgation of this law, and the readjustments referred to in Article 1A of the Law of 16 September 1948 shall be without effect.
ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The benefit of categorization is granted to the retired Communications, according to the Supreme Decree of 7 April 1942, in the following form:
The retirees included in the Article 1A of the Supreme Decree of 7 April 1942, will receive the same percentage of those of the active service, which is fifty percent of the categorization.
The retirees included in points (b) and (c) of Article 1A of the said Supreme Decree, will receive fifty percent of the active service.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The officials of the active service of the branch Communications, will contribute to the Retirement Fund with five percent of its assets and seven percent of retirees.
ArtA-ass 4A ° †" To increase the funds of the Caja, the following resources are created:
Tax of 2. 1/2% ad-valorem, on the import of machines, appliances and electrical equipment in general;
Participation of twenty-five percent on the total return of all postal stamps;
The Retirement Fund gives Communications of the A-ntegro performance of the auction of internal and international services laggards in the postal offices of the Republic;
Discount of five percent on transport contracts of postal bags and on contracts for construction of line-lines telegraph and radio station facilities-communications;
Internal and international start-up storage at the time of Bs. 1.a € " for every 15 dA-as and for each postal item;
Transfer of benefits from The Box of Retirement of the Communications of the tax created by law of March 1928, on telegrams and radiograms.

(b) pensions with 15 years of service without proof of invalidity at the invitation of the Government or of the Advisory Board of the Fund, and the Articles 16 and 17 of the Decree-Law of 20 May 1938 must be applied only for those benefits.
ArtA-ass 7A ° †" As of the date of promulgation of this law, the retirement benefit will be granted on the basis of the last one received.
ArtA-ass 8A ° â€" In replacement of articles 5A ° and 7A ° The Decree Law of March 10, 1938, establishes a Council of Administrative, unique, composed of seven vocal owners and seven alternates. Three vowels chosen by the postal services, telegraphers and radios will be represented in the active service. Two vowels will be represented.
Will represent the personnel of the Ministry of Communications, a vocal member of the Council with the Comptroller of the Comptroller-General's Office, as a government person. The alternate vowels shall be the ones who obtain the second place in the vote of votes.

ArtA-culo 11A ° â€" The retirement of Communications employees in general, whose services are necessary and efficient, when they have more than 25 years of services.
