DECRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A ° .†" Se authorizes with general cter to convents, religious institutions and Obispados, to sell their goods raA-ces, when they estimate the necessary case, on the basis of the appraisal cadastral (or in its defect of the pericial estimation) in an act of remate Voluntary and prior authorization of the Supreme Government and of the respective ecclesial authority. The peasants of the properties belonging to the mentioned institutions, will have a preference in the acquisition of the lands.
ArtA-ass 2A ° .†" All laws that are in opposition to the present will be repealed.
