DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" Destinations the amount of taxes or sanctioned by the current Legislature on transfer of buildings in the Department of Chuquisaca to the works of drinking water of Sucre.

Also, the entire product of the sale of water in Sucre is destined for the same works. These resources will be deposited by the collecting offices in a special account "Works for the use of the waters of the RA-or Ravelo" in the office of Sucre of the Central Bank to the order of the Prefect of Chuquisaca.
