CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" The amount of scholarships for students from the outside as referred to in Article 2A of the Law of 17 November 1943, is raised to thirty thousand bolivianos (Bs. 30.000.â€)

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" If the resources created by law of February 5, 1941, do not reach the amount set in the previous article, the difference will be paid from the Chapter of the Scholarship of the Budget of the Ministry of Education, to which effect the corresponding item will be fixed.

ArtA-ass 3A °â€ " The Comité referred to in Article 3A of the Law of 17 November 1943, will function under the chairmanship of the Rector of the University "Juan Misael Saracho" and will take care of strict compliance with the law by granting scholarships for the technical studies to which she refers, asking for annual reports of the students ' exams, etc.
