For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The Municipality of Tarata is authorised to hire an undertaking in any of the Banks of the Republic and with the interals and amortisation currents in plaza up to the sum of one million seven hundred thousand bolivianos (Bs.1.700.00.†") , for the work of the following public works in Tarata and Anzaldo;

a) Ampliability drinking water in Tarata Bs. 1,000,000,â € "

b) Repair of the Tarata Market.." 250.000.†"

Market Construction in Anzaldo" 100,000.†"

d) Ampliión waters potables en Anzaldo" 100,000,â € "

e) Installed light electrical power in Anzaldo" 250.000.†"

ArtA-ass 2A ° â€" For the redemption and payment of interest from the previous credit, 20 percent (20%) of the tax on the chicha recognized by law of 17 November 1947 is allocated between Tarata and Tarata. Anzaldo on the total amount of the credit obtained.

ArtA-article 3A ° †" The funds in question will be deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia to the order of the respective Committee of Public Works for the execution of the works mentioned above under the supersurveillance of the Comptroller-General of the Republic and the General Directorate of Public Works.
