For How Much: The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culA³ nico.†" AutorA-zase a la AlcaldA-a Municipal of the Province of the Province of the Department of PotosA-, to float an undertaking Twenty million Bolivians (Bs. 20,000,000), in the Central Bank of Bolivia, within the tax credit limit of 20 May 1947, or in any other institution of credit, destined for public works in that Province, with the guarantee-a of the resources arising from the Law of 17 November 1947 which creates the tax of a Bolivian on mineral quintal of mineral ore in the said Province.

Communal-to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
