CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For The National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The law of 7 of December of 1923, which taxes the extraction of lime from the province of Sicasica, with destination for several public works, in the following terms: The tax to be charged shall be of Bs. 4,†"per quintal of living lime and of Bs. 2.â€" for each hundred kilograms of limestone in the natural state.

Article 2A ° †" The collection of these taxes will be carried out by the Prefecture of the Department of La Paz, and its amount must be deposited in special account in the Central Bank of Bolivia, to be invested in the works referred to in the law of reference and especially in the refacciality and interior decoration of the Temple of Calamarca.

3A ° †" The execution of these works will be made by the Prefecture of the Department, under the technical guidance of the Ministry of Public Works.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
