CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

As the National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull 1A ° †" Declà ¡ rase de carA ¡ cter Nacional the road " Oruro-BolA-var-Sacaca-Toracará--San Pedro de Buena Vista-Torotoro-La Vià ± a-Anzaldo " and the Ramal RA-or Caine-Villa Viscarra, entrusted with its study and construction to the General Direction of Viality. From a convenient point of this road, in the heights of Iturata, it will be built with the resources created by this Law, a branch to the Capital of the General Province Bilbao.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" For the purposes of the previous article the following resources:

A million Bolivians from the National Budget under the Item "Studies, constructions and conservation of road works" of the Ministry of Public Works;

A million Bolivians that the Comitâ© Pro-Fourth Centenary of PotosA-will allocate annually the resources created by laws of 5 December 1942, 1A ° and 21 December 1944 and Decree Law of 31 July 1944;

Quinientos mil Bolivianos, which shall annually enter the Prefecture of the Department of Oruro in its ordinary budget;

Fifty percent of the road-lending arms of the provincial districts through which the road passes;

Fifty percent of the funds raised by road-loan tickets in the provinces referred to in the previous paragraph.

For the construction of the RA branch-or Caine-Villa Viscarra, the Prefecture of Cochabamba In its ordinary departmental budget, from the year 1950 and until the conclusion of that branch, the sum of Bs. 200,000.†" and fifty percent of the arms of the road of the Second Section of the Province Mizque.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" For the purpose of the present law, the following resources:

Bs. 1.†" per bottle of beer consumed in the Oruro and PotosA Departments;

Bs. 0.50 (fifty cents) per bottle of "Coca Cola" that is consumed in the same departments.

ArtA-ass 4A ° †" With resources to be used in the second and third articles, the metal bridge over the RA-or Caine as part of the road.

ArtA-ass 5A ° †" All resources within the present law will be centralized in the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia of Oruro in the special account" Construcción Camino Oruro-Anzaldo " and will be (a) under the supervision of a Board composed of a representative of the Board of Public Works of Oruro, a delegate of the Board of Public Works of Alonso of Ibà ¡ A ± ez, another of the Board of Charcas and another of the Sub-Committee of the Public Works of Villa Viscarra.
