CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.- Elevate to the Law Range the Supreme Decree No. 04446 of 5 July 1956, for which the
reorganization of the General Directorate of Railways is available, interpreting article 3 (w) in a sense of knowing any claim in matters that do not involve containment or affect the interests of the State or entities that are dependent on it.
