Supreme Decree No. 05321 of 30 September 1959, which instituted as a serious fault the the moral or material abandonment of the parents as to their duties of assistance, care and education for with your children and also the penalties you set for non-compliance with family assistance duties.

Supreme Decree No. 05394 dated January 18, 1960 that amplifies the benefits of the Code of Social Security to all children who are under the protection of public or private entities.

Supreme Decree No. 05436, which creates the Bolivian Council of the Minor in Subtitle of the General Direction of Minors and Protection of Children and whose function is to protect the children integrally tending to the systematic development of moral, intellectual and faa-physical skills of the material or morally abandoned, of the disabled and of the minor workers, as well as to contribute to the strengthening of the family, (a) replacing it or replacing it in the cases which are legally applicable and for which the said Council is an autonomous body.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
