Law N ° 34 VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO constitutional the President because, the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress, D E C R E T A: article 1. Authorizing the Supreme Government, the issuance of postage stamps commemorative of the fourth national Eucharistic Congress to be held in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, from 10 to 13 August 1961, on the occasion of the IV centenary of the Foundation of the capital said, the sum of five hundred million bolivianos (Bs. 500,000,000.-).
Article 2. Designs, values, colors, and other details of the stamps referred to in the preceding article, shall be determined by the General postal address in accordance with the Pro IV Congress Eucharistic National Committee, and retaining all legal requirements.
Article 3. The total value of the issue will be used to cover expenses that demands the IV Congress Eucharistic national as a contribution of the State and management of the Pro IV Congress National Committee.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
