CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. The Supreme Government is authorized, the issuance of commemorative stamps of the IV Congress
National Eucharistic to be held in the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, from 10 to 13 August 1961, on the occasion of the IV Centenary of the Foundation of this capital, up to the sum of 500 million Bolivians (Bs. 500,000,000.-).
Article 2. The designs, values, colors, and other details of the stamps referred to in the article
above, will be determined by the General Directorate of the Post in agreement with the Committee Pro IV National Eucharistic Congress, and preserving all legal requirements.
Article 3. The total value of this issue will be to cover the expenses that the IV Congress demands
National Eucharistic as a contribution from the State and through the management of the Pro IV National Congress Committee.
