CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Authorize the Technical University of Oruro to place a loan up to the sum of five million

Bolivians (Bs). 5,000,000,000.-) before any banking, cultural or university institution in the country or abroad, without discrimination. This loan will be guaranteed with the own resources created by law for the Technical University of Oruro.

Article 2. The loan will go towards financing the building construction plan, procurement of

work, cabinets, laboratories, and library endowment equipment.

Contact the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
