CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declaration of necessity and public utility the expropriation of the lands adjacent to the building of the

Polytechnic Institute, on a surface of fourteen thousand two hundred and thirty square meters (14,230 m 2), destined for the enlargement of the facilities and cabinets of the study of the aforementioned institute in the city of Oruro.

Article 2. The Prefecture of the Department will follow the respective procedures of expropriation according to the law of

December 30, 1884. The value of the expropriation will be covered by the Technical University of Oruro.
