VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Authorize the Municipal Mayor of the province Capinota of the department of Cochabamba, to hire a loan of 500 million Bolivians (Bs. 500,000,000.-) with the guarantee of the income with which its Municipal Treasury counts, in any institution of national or foreign credit.

Article 2. These resources will be used for the renovation of the electric motor and the expansion of the water network.

Contact the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
