VICTOR PAZ ESTENSSORO

CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Readjust to Bs. 500,000.-monthly, the lifetime pension granted to Eduardo Caba by law of January 30, 1945, benefit that will be paid to his surviving wife Carmen Huergo v. of Caba.

Article 2. will be charged to the Item of? Service of State Obligations? of each financial management.

Contact the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
