CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Create the 10% Plusvalia tax on the transfer of land located on both sides of the asphalt roads Cochabamba-Quillacollo and Cochabamba-Sacaba that are located within the depth of 100 meters.

Article 2. The payment of the tax will be made in the Department of the Department of Cochabamba and will go to the asphalt of these roads, and must be deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia, in special account called? Pro Paways Quillacollo and Sacaba?.

Article 3. The funds collected will be administered by the Alcoins Departmental Board and will not be used in other works other than the asphalt of the roads Cochabamba-Quillacollo and Cochabamba-Sacaba. Failure to comply with this provision will be considered a crime of embezzlement. Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
