LAW OF JANUARY 5, 1961

PRESIDENT OF THE H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

As soon as the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Article 24 of the Law of 15 April 1932 is interpreted as meaning that the restriction it contains does not affect Bolivians, whose marriage is dissolvable whatever the country in which it was held and the nationality of their spouse.
