CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law;

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °â€ " Without modifying the terms of the Law of 16 October 1945, creating resources for the installation of a cement factory in Huancané, cantonal of the Province Abaroa Department of Oruro, authorized to the Executive to use of the funds collected by way of the taxes prescribed in that legal provision, for the following purposes:

a) Six million Bolivians to continue the works of the Tacagua Dam in the same canton and Department;

b) A Bolivian million for the construction of a bridge in the RA-or Desaguadero, to the south of the city of Oruro, which guarantees the permanent traffic of pedestrians and roads with the Provinces PoopA³ and Carangas.

ArtA-Aculo 2A °â€ " previous loan with the yields of the amortisation fees of the works of regadA-or in the RA-or Tacagua to be paid by the water users of the irrigation system, once it has been among the functions and with the resources created by special laws for the construction of the Tacagua Dam.

3A °â€ " The Executive Branch will regulate this Law.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
