For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:



ArtA-arse 1A °â€ " The tax on a Bolivian is created (Bs. 1.†") on a liter of chicha that is interne or elaborated in the Province of Bustillo of the Department of PotosA-.

Article 2A °â€ " The performance of this tax, will be deposited in special account in the Central Bank of Oruro to the order of the Comité Pro-Instruction of Bustillo, created by law of November 21, 1945, which will handle these funds with the intervention of the Comptroller-A.

ArtA-ass 3A °â€ " Destinations the funds coming from the tax that is created for the following purposes:

a) Conclusion of the building of the Professional College of Llallagua;

b) Constructionof a local for the operation of the Secondary College in UncA-a, taking into account, the needs currently confronting the aforementioned establishment;

c) Construction of a tax school in UncA-a;

d) Construction of a tax school in Llallagua;

e) Construction of a full tax school in Chayanta;

f) Construction of tax schools in the cantons of Amayapampa, Panacachi and Chuquiuta;

g) Once the previous works have been completed, with the proceeds of the subsequent collections, they will be attended to the provision of equipment and materials necessary for the Professional School of Llallwater, and the expenses that the operation of this establishment demands will also be paid.

ArtA-arse 4A °â€ " AutorA-zase to the Central Bank of Bolivia, grant an undertaking up to seven million Bolivians, within the margin of tax credits, with the guarantee-a performance of this tax, under the conditions streams for this class of operations.

ArtA-ass 5A °â€ " The working of chicha with sugar or wheat is totally prohibited. The offenders will be punished with fines of five to ten thousand Bolivians.
